For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been fascinated by fragrance, creams, lotions, soaps, and cosmetics. When I was little, my mom would take me along to the supermarket for groceries. Right next door there was always a parfymeri - a beauty store filled with perfumes and skincare. While she shopped, I would happily stay there admiring the beautiful bottles and jars. I was probably six years old and if I had the courage to talk to the ladies behind the counter, they would sometimes give me some samples that I treated like the most valuable treasures. 

By my early teenage years, I had developed a fascination for perfume. I was mesmerized by how scent could transport you to another place or mood in an instant. I built quite the collection of perfumes, choosing a different one depending on my ever-changing mood and personality that day. Little did I know that those fragrances were filled with toxic hormone-disruptive ingredients that probably assisted in my crazy puberty. Still, blissful ignorance meant I happily spent my hard-earned money on skincare and beauty products - much more than any of my friends. A habit that still has not changed.

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to try countless skincare brands and products. I embraced green beauty early on and even spent several years working for a natural skincare company, gaining invaluable experience in ingredients, formulation and product marketing. 

What I learned along the way was eye-opening. 

Many large brands take shortcuts when it comes to quality. Greenwashing is very common. Marketing hype often overshadows what truly works. And most people rarely read ingredient labels. But the biggest lesson of all? Truly healthy, glowing skin often comes from returning to the basics - simple, effective ingredients that support the skin’s natural barrier. 

So here I am, in midlife, creating the kind of skincare I’ve always believed in with S E A Skin Co. 

Will these products erase your smile lines our undo years spent enjoying the sun? Probably not - and honestly, I think those lines tell a beautiful story. But what I do promise are thoughtfully crafted face and body products made with skin-supportive natural ingredients that help your skin function at its best. Every product will include full transparency about exactly what’s inside and why it’s there. 

SEA Skin Co is not a brand built overnight. It’s a journey - one product at a time - guided by simplicity, nature, and a deep respect for the skin.
